Overview

When the team approached me about creating the Mainspree mobile app, there was currently no way to purchase items from Facebook (this was pre-marketplace). They had an idea to allow users to find an item they saw on Facebook and purchase it by re-directing to the Mainspree web app with a unique link in the listing description.

Inventory Management

The main dashboard of the app allows the seller to manage their inventory by quickly adding in new products, as well as gives them the ability to see how many items they have posted, how many sales they've made, and what their earnings are.

Web Checkout

Once the Facebook user had found an item they like, they would be re-directed to the Mainspree website to begin the purchase and checkout process.

The End Result

The idea of being able to buy something off of Facebook seemed like a distant idea in 2015 (when this was first designed), and I feel that my design of this app bridged that gap by creating an easy-to-use interface for sellers using soft colors and clean typography.
